Progress.
I was home from work today at 8:20 pm. After a leisurely ride home on my bicycle. (Leisurely, because I'm feeling a cold coming on and didn't want to add physical strain to the mix.)
Nearly half past 8 is still relatively late, but I only started at 10 am; though I was in earlier because I was expecting a call that indeed arrived nearly on the dot.
That's definitely progress in the "adapting to work rhythm" department.
