Footwear

I am currently in a total footwear buying spree. Bender. Rampage. Binge.

OK, I'm reasonable enough to confine myself to window-shopping, mostly. Still, I'm going to get them, a pair of Docs (or these? these? these?? these??) once I've found out which UK size I need (3 for Timberland, owza).

Now those in the picture ... I bought them. And wore them. To the considerable shock of everyone who's ever known me. And all graylion's fault -- because he came here to London and suggested I join him to a major Goth club. Me, whose last clubbing experience was an hour of dancing in a small gay disco in Paris with three gay male friends, one night at 2:30am after a blogger meetup. And who doesn't know anything about being a Goth, except that some of those glow-in-the-dark cyber girls are exceedingly cute.

I think I actually pulled it off. Esp. the people-watching was very pleasant. As was the company; I was honoured to meet m_nivalis.

Now there's one thing about this clubbing experience that kinda floored me ... maybe I'll talk about it in another entry.

Well, sure! I'm just a dress-up Goth, I fear. But I start to like dressing up. Me! Who hates clothes with a passion. (Not that being naked is any better.)

I was also wearing a fuzzy-furry Fedora. And we are plotting 'n' planning for next year in London.
